Ready for Real Estate Transfer Policy
 
For the Ready for Real Estate program only, deposits and payments are nonrefundable but may be transferred to the next available cohort if you are unable to attend the scheduled class.
 
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Holmes University. Transfers may only be applied once and cannot be carried indefinitely.
 
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or partial attendance.
 

Payment Responsibility
 
By enrolling in a program or submitting a deposit, you agree to pay all required fees by the stated deadlines.
 
Failure to complete payment by the required date may result in forfeiture of your seat without refund. Holmes University reserves the right to deny participation for unpaid balances.

Digital Products and Materials
 
All digital products, downloads, toolkits, course materials, and online resources are final sale and nonrefundable.
 
Access to digital content is granted for personal use only. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission from Holmes University.
