About the Application Process
Admission into the Ready for Real Estate program is selective to ensure every participant receives a high-quality, personalized experience. Once your application is submitted:

Our admissions team will review your responses within 3–5 business days.

Accepted applicants will receive an official confirmation email with payment instructions to secure their seat.

Enrollment is finalized once payment or deposit is received.
The program fee is $1,800, with the option to pay a $500 deposit to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due one week before class begins.

Program Schedule
The next cohort runs January 19–25, 2026.
Classes combine virtual and in-person instruction and typically include:

Evening sessions (Mon–Fri): 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Weekend sessions (Sat–Sun): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Final Presentation & Graduation: Sunday, January 25
Students will receive a detailed orientation packet and schedule upon acceptance.
