Our Story
Holmes University was founded by Alana “Lanie” Holmes, a second-generation real estate investor, business owner, and community builder. Inspired by her grandfather’s legacy of entrepreneurship and community investment, Holmes University was created with one mission in mind: to make real estate and business education accessible, practical, and powerful for people ready to change the direction of their lives.
What started as a single course has grown into a movement of investors, professionals, and students committed to ownership, generational wealth, and impact. From our classrooms to our communities, everything we do is rooted in one belief—when you empower one person, you uplift entire neighborhoods.
